That's a good point to take a lot of pics as you take something apart to refer back to.

Yes that was before it came apart. I took pics for reference. Should have turned the go pro on. I ended up calling my dad to help me hold things once I got to a certain point last night. But so far a learning experience

I wish I had someone who was an expert on these things explain every part to me and what it does. But at least I've had you guys for help and espicially @vortecd who I was texting back and forth with as I did it.
Another help has been a guy named Darrel of https://darrellcoxracing.com/ I met him at the drag strip a few weeks ago. He has helped me out with Torque specs and a few other general questions I've had.
He makes a light weight battery for our car that I may try. He also makes his own cradle lockout that'll we will be doing. He says his kit does a really good job with driving comfort.

I really have to get home and compare the pics again to what I have. I was hoping to find some online info but these diffs must be a secret because there isn't much on them

If I yell loud enough sometimes he comes over to make sure I'm doing ok
I think the only issue I had is when it popped out and fell on my foot and leg and the shims fell out.

Yes, defiantly shim on each side then c clip at the end on passenger side, now see if their the same thickness.

Are you sure you can’t get a set from the Dodge dealer? I used to be able to get a factory clutch kit from the dealer for my old Dana 60’s…back in the day.

You said you got torque specs , I remember 90' lbs on big bolts & 45' lbs on small ones, is this what you got ?

Are you sure you can’t get a set from the Dodge dealer? I used to be able to get a factory clutch kit from the dealer for my old Dana 60’s…back in the day.

I asked a while back & they said no, ZF doesn't want people messing with them but maybe now or soon dealer or someone will.
I would think you could take clutches to a diff shop to match up if nothing else.
