Isn't this Maxjax or whatever his name was on the other forum and Illegal_Demon here? He was always going on about his illegal demon or some such and how much these were worth? Guess times are tough as both appear to be for sale on BAT. Guess we'll see where the bids go, maybe he'll have been right.

He's a dealer and in one of the 170 FB groups I lurk. He's another that thinks these are $500K cars so I'll be curious how far he'll take the bids.

Seems the 1st pair of number matching ones showed up for auction and bidding was 350k I believe and didn't hit reserve. That would be 150k and 200k for each year. That guy should have taken the money and ran.

There have been plenty of 18s selling for 115k and a blue 23 won't be a high bidder

I think $120K and $150K are a stretch at present. I doubt either will hit the reserve considering who the seller is.

3300 is not limited based on real limited cars. Most of you know I've been looking for a 911 Turbo. I'm having a very hard time finding one so I got curious how many get built. Try 400 a year and they're not specially numbered or anything. That's why they hold their value, nearly every one is a 1 of 1 build spec'd by the original purchaser.

@Jimmy N. knows all about how to spec a Porsche Turbo! You are right about all of them being pretty unique, they are popular here in the southwest and there are a lot of really neat ones even here in ABQ.

Lots of pretty new '18 Demons on Mecum Kissimmee, most at $120 so buyers paying $132k, 170s are not bringing what they should IMO. Kind of a weird car though almost too drag specific and I think the E85 thing scares a lot of collectors that don't drive them with respect to storage.
