I had posted a thread on my ongoing electronics issues.

A quick recap:
(I was told I could still manually tune the radio to hear music, but that's it).

A quick recap:
- Dealer replaced the infotainment screen after a software update permanently deleted Performance Pages/Drive Modes.
- The new radio fixed the PP/Drive Modes issue.
- Later on, the audible voice that comes in when the NAV or VR/Phone buttons are used was gone.
- Nav maps were also now stuck in Night Mode.
- I brought it back last week. Finding no error codes, the dealer contacted Dodge STAR techs for a fix.
- They gave me a rental car, as a portion of my vehicle's interior had been disassembled.
- During the week they tried the items STAR told them to check. No dice.
- They're returning my vehicle after doing an OEM factory reset on the radio/Uconnect.
- I was told not to program the radio in any way for 72 hours (no phone pairing, etc.).
- I am then to return to the dealer where they'll see what's what.
- If the voice is still missing, they'll contact STAR again and go from there.
(I was told I could still manually tune the radio to hear music, but that's it).
