Yep, pretty sure I did it after I rolled through the water. You know Orlando though, they try making you line up and burnout before the people in front of you even leave. Didn’t even need the water but I wasn’t going to go around it and then be closer to the people in front of me so they could sling crap all over my car

and maybe that is the problem with you spinning. I'm not worried about water dripping, I'm concerned about getting the tires hot. I put the 315s on last year and I have hooked every pass since
2 back to back 9 second passes, first passes in 4 years and with this setup. Right lane was amazing. Healthy burnouts each pass. 3rd pass switched to left lane and spun sideways half the track, had to get out of it.
Well that’s according to MT with their drag radials you’re just supposed to dust them off. I had success with the big burnouts, thought I was overdoing it though, but did hook for sure

you have to do what works. With a dust off there is a good chance you will bring water with you or not get enough heat in them. Sometimes they have a lake in the box, less is more. With a burnbox I can do it without water and would rather see that

I removed my burnbox. It would put traction control back in street when I released the button causing the car to try and stop the wheels from spinning. Sounded like it wanted to break an axle.
