Thanks, looks like these fit on the underside rather than having the extra ring that BMR places up top. Still need to remove the factory metal "limiters" it looks like. I couldn't find documentation on their site.

I'll do some research on these.

You got a link to them?
Those are the ones we talked about a couple of years ago, I have them in my car. Also if you don't take the bolt out completely the metal piece can be pried off, no drilling

Crossed 2000 miles on the way to a cruise in last night. Made a couple rips for a data log as well and all's well. These things are tuned just about perfect.

Damn there you are in Mexico again and I didn’t see you when I was forced to smack down a Camaro yesterday. You’re showing 10.9 and I was showing 11.9 because you have the power!

That's about all I get on the 2.50 pulley on E85 when I'm pulling the trailer. Maybe 11. Haha

Yeah towing the trailer makes sense though lol I get 20 on the highway. Or at least I used to, I realized that my MPG was probably off due to the bad fuel level sensor and since it’s ready correctly now it’s less

Those IATs look hot with the chiller on, I never see more than 10 above ambient now. Even see below ambient by 10 degrees sometimes for IAT as long as I don’t let the car heat soak

Just had the car out earlier today for the first time in a while, 75 IAT and 89 out just with the AC on (my chiller is always on with the AC) no drag valve, I/C coolant was 56

I didn't use the chiller during the pulls, forgot honestly. I flipped it on later just to see how much lower than ambient the coolant would get.

The factory chillers usually don’t go below 50, which is more than enough to keep MAT down. It’s a shame you can’t really get a true IAT temp with what the e85 does due to where the fuel enters and the sensors are placed. But it is “accounted for”, that and the added knock resistance. They know what they can get away with

below 50 is risky if you don’t let it run for a while afterwards and let coolant come up to temp anyway. Don’t need condensation from the intercooler bricks dripping in your cylinders and rusting them up

Is that an actual concern with, for example, the IC Chiller product?

The 170 has gotten pretty low on IC fluid temp with the chiller on. This was back in March in cooler weather.

I've also never seen COT kick in and muck with the WOT fueling either although the tune has those settings in it. I'm guessing it's tied in to the flex fuel programming some how.

I am in agreement with that. The RE does not let the power chiller come on bellow 50F ambient. I suspect the OG Demon is configured the same. Almost positive I’ve see the Power chiller come on bellow 50 Ambient in the 170, although in reality no way will you be able to get that power down on the street with that temp, track even if well prepped will be more of a challenge as well at 50F, but better DA for Power. Ironic paradox.
