Very intelligent approach. When the demon info came out, originally, he paid people to call every dealer and paid them a bonus, if they scored a deal.

Same shit show with 99% of the FL dealers, no point in being loyal to any given dealership, easier to buy out of state & have it shipped here.

When I bought my last Ram, went out of state, 600 miles, two days and saved 4K. My former dealership took the big green greed pill. It's rough to find a decent dealer in Florida.

yep. 3/4 dealers I had deposits/deals with from 6 mo ago essentially said, "yep we made a binding paperwork deal at a specific price and now that we see how awesome/crazy it is, FUKC YOU!"...

then laughed.

shockingly...sad that it's shocking....one of the 4 actually kept their word and it LOOKS like ill be getting one...still nervous until my sold order is in on 3/27...and honestly that feeling wont subside until its in my garage this fall...the other three i -thought- I had for close buddies evaporated. nothing I can do about that, unfortunately...

But for a car that has a $30k variant on the road and 99% of people don't know the difference.

At least a Viper has a touch exotic to it. Ferrari, Lamborghini, McLaren, Porsche all have that exotic touch for the money.
The half widebody looks like the Carolina squat for trucks, you only had enough money to lift half the truck.

Sure it's pocket change to those who are buying but it's easily cloned. Hell, Dodge will sell you the engine even.

I have 1 last chance and I think it's 50/50 at this point.
If more allocations get released, I may end up with one at MSRP.

Another problem that was unforeseen is dealership owners have decided to keep a car for themselves personally. Dealerships that got one or two cars may sell one or none. I’ve had a few tell me that in the 30+ dealerships I’ve contacted. They know this is for sure the ”last call”.
