I ordered this car July 2017 and picked it up may 23 2018. . I immediately installed a URP fender mount oil catch can and a K&N drop in air filter. I put 1500KM`s on the car then installed the demon supercharger. I then drove the car to OST dyno and had it dyno tuned by Mike.Micah installed a set of ID1050 injectors at the same time. I installed a set of 3.09 gears, fastman 99mm throttle body,Gforce drive shaft, Bwoody race Aux heat exchanger, rear seat delete kit, a few different sets of rear rims and tires, Bwoody Aux Tensioner, metco idler pulleys. With the combo I managed the best of 10.09@138 in the fall of 2018.
Over the winter I removed the Bwoody Aux heat exhanger and Aux Tensioner, 3.09 gears and reinstalled the 2.62`s . I installed FI supercharger spacer/blanket kit, BMR cradle lock out kit, Demon coil springs, swaybars,.............(more info to come)
This is a slow but steady build up of my 2018 plum crazy hellcat challenger A8. My idea of this car it to build up horsepower with supporting mods, run a 9.99 at the track while doing it all on pump gas and looking dead stock.. Can I do it? I'm not sure but I'm going to have fun trying! I picked the car up on May 23 and immediately installed my UPR fender mount catch can, K&N drop in filter, metco oil filler tube breather and metco idler pulleys . I'm not going to bother posting much on them because they are basic upgrades that everyone seen a million times. Then after driving my car for a week or so and putting on my break in miles (roughly 1100 miles) I took the car to the dealer for my "break in inspection " . Then I installed my 3.09 gear set with differential brace and 1 piece aluminum G force driveshaft .. Nothing new there it's been done a million times also . I found a big difference for street driving ... very happy so far with the upgrades ..
I tried a fastman 98mm throttle body but I kept throwing a P2173 code every 80 miles or so. So I removed it until I got my unlocked ecu back from HPtuners .
