Cleaned that god awful dirty lid and got the snout off. Forgot I had the heat blanket on and that was a joy to cut. Snout off just waiting for my 24mm hex insert.

Got my gasket kit as I plan to replace the gaskets (at least the ones I can get to) since the SC has 58K on it. Also got the pulley off. A note about the god damn pulley, I tried a breaker bar, impact driver and my electric ugga dugga. Nothing. Took it to my friend who has pneumatic ugga dugga and after a few brr brr brr, it came off. Meanwhile i stuck around to help drop a trans in a durango he was yeeting. Also snapped a pic of his turbo scatpack... the car is nuts... im sure the mopar world will see it soon.

Pic heavy sorry! Glad I replaced the gaskets and inspected the bearings. Everything looks good on the bearings, no play. Blades move smoothly. Although the coating is looking a little worn, no blades are damaged. Replaced all gaskets and rightfully so! Check out these that were broken on the snout.

Then I moved onto the boost controller gaskets.

Lid o-rings were next. Hit all gaskets with some 0W-40 before insertions (multiple insertions).

I also replaced the gaskets to the side of the o-rings. Forgot to snap a picture, also couldnt find a torque spec to hand cranked them enough to hand snug then, one quarter turn. Final assembly was the lid with all new gaskets. Wish I could wrap this up but belt wasnt delivered in time. :(

was a fun adventure. To this day I curse the rear fuel pressure sensor plug, for the life of me I couldnt get it off and I wanted to get it off this go around to put a dowel set in. Not that I needed it but extra insurance. Also shout out to @Hpindy for being tech support on dowels!

Got the car out of storage changed the oil, intake filter and put a brand new plate on it. The old one was starting to look old and for $5 why not

Do you have part numbers for all the gaskets and seals for the supercharger??
Btw I broke the wires/connector for the fuel pressure before .... Yes it it a beech to take off .
On a side note I learned today Thitek heads do not have holes for dowel pins ! So guys running them can't use longer dowels . It's my OCD that made me put longer dowels in .

Added my ZL1 Addons rock guards front and rear. The ZL1 skirts went on a few weeks ago. Took it out for its first drive of the season. Next up within the next few weeks, the summer tires and wheels go on.

Went and got mine out of the shop,, after 3 weeks. Damn battery, and great extended warranty. Preached and preached, a 2 year battery is worth 2 years. Dies, it dies. No resurection. Can't even get access to the trunk. Bitch, bitch, bitch. NOW time to move in a different direction. Chiller killer up grade. New glycol. Inhibitited anti freeze. Want freeze to any tempt. Keep pipes wrapped to where they will take any tempt,, hot or cold.

The item I ordered was from HHP: https://highhorseperformance.com/mopar-hellcat-supercharger-gasket-kit-68267539aa/ For some reason you can't find them on mopar.com  Also went back in as we talked and added blue locktite to the bolts I couldn't find torque settings for then torqued them to 5ft lbs. Didn't squish the gaskets and don't have to be paranoid about the bolts backing out.

@Hunter Nope, no issues at all. Fit could always be a little tighter to the sheet metal but overall pretty good compared to some of the others I’ve seen on the old site. They are the latest generation with the magnets on the rear flares. Fronts use those plastic pins. I didn’t bother sinking those steel sleeves into the front fenders. Fit was satisfactory enough and I didnt want to deform the factory pin holes. The ZL1 Rock Guards went on the flares without any issues as well.

Sorry, but no. I bought them from another member here who decided the paint match wasn’t close enough to his B5 car.
