Hello forum members!
I acquired this '21 DHC in August of '23. It only had 1800 miles on at the time and I Iike it quite a bit.
I have somewhat a range of cars that all do one or more things very well. My project is a '72 Pontiac GTO, there is a '21 M3 (manual), an '11 Suburban 2500 with a pretty big audio system that also tows my enclosed car trailer and 37' travel trailer (not at the same time!!).
I had an '07 Jeep GCSRT8 that I loved but someone offered me the right price so I sold it.
When the Durango Hellcat came out I always thought that it was and could be the perfect replacement for that '07 Jeep SRT8. I searched for another WK1 SRT8 for a crazy build to do a built engine with twin turbos etc. But when I did the math on the cost, getting a Durango Hellcat just made more sense to me. More room, way nicer interior, way better transmission, and a overall better platform to do a crazy build on IMO. Heck, when the warranty is up on this DHC I just may do a 1000-1400hp build on it that is still daily possible.
But really, the way it is today is more than enough for me. I don't go to the track and I put about 5000 miles on it annually.
Anyhow, thanks for the read and I'm going to skip over to the appropriate topic to post about my experience earlier today.
Cheers!
