Wasn't there chatter of him leaving last year about this time? Then they offered him Ram or something to stay. Maybe after another year (likely contract based?) he said nah that's it for me.

Its not the first time he switched brands. I remember when the Redeye was announced he wasn't Dodge's CEO.

Not sure why anyone would want to hang around Stellantis with the direction they are heading. Reminds me of Daimler running the show. Its just going to suck until they realize these brands are not profitable and sell them off to someone else.

I think he’s done an excellent job over the years. The marketing imo (minus the hornet and ev stuff) has been superb. Man I was like a kid on Christmas during some of those reveals, I’m not gonna lie. Hellcats and demons permanently etched into American culture, couldn’t ask for more from a ceo. Wish the dude the best, but I guess all good things come to an end.

With the death of the V8 in the 1500 Ram as well as Dodge, Tim could only stick around so much longer. He was the face of American Muscle, not an EV movement. I don’t blame him for moving on.
