Onto the good news UPS manages to only fuck up this order half way. Another Diff was shipped, had very distinct this side up arrows and then was reboxed upside down and fucking diff fluid everywhere. After some simple green abd brake cleaner she cleaned up nicely.

theory of a competing hypothesis did the diff break the axles or the axles break the diff…

both axles are twisted at the splines completely ridiculous as ive had multiple 9.6 passes on my demon axles and they look fine.
