Im gonna buy one soon. Im over the "No soul" thing lol. I want self driving, free gas and all the tech that comes with it. I have plenty of toys I need a EV DD.

Yea, its fast but my Trackhawk would destroy it and put (10) car lengths on it 60-130 mph so the power doesnt really impress me but it is quick tho. My Turbo Mustang would put (15) car lengths on it easily if not more lol.

I spend $250-$300 a week in freaking gas fuck that. Im retired so I have nothing to do all day so I drive different places and spend an absurd amount of money on flipping gas!

They dont hold their value all that well but im looking to buy a used 2023 with FSD. FSD is like $8k when u buy new or add it. It doesnt make the used car worth anymore tho. Well, maybe slightly but no where near the $8k one spends.

Although I do like that new silver color and the newer sport seats are cool but some say the older ones are more comfortable. I prefer black tho and thats the cheapest color.
A stock Plaid runs higher 4s 60-130 and your Jeep is probably low 4s… like 4.teens - right? Thats not a 10 car gap my man… I’d like to see it happen. Prove me wrong ;)

I hear ya it does sound unrealistic being a Jeep Cherokee shaped like a brick lol. I was waiting for someone to call me out on that lol. Plaid does 60-130 is mid to high 4's yes. I do it in mid to high 3's..... Things flipping fast! I dont post anything cause I grudge race it.

Im a whole second faster at least. When going 130 mph or so and u travel for (1) second u go (191) feet. (191) divided by (15) which is about the length of a car its (13) car lengths. Its not exact of course cause ur speeds vary getting to (130) but its close. Ive raced one before from a roll. Destroyed it! Dude drove up shaking his head saying "WTF" lol it was funny.

I have a new aggressive Cam from RSP and a smaller 3.15 pulley now. Its making 1600 whp now which is close to 1900-2000 hp. Some opt for the 3.0 pulley but thats too fast of a spinning blower for my taste. I have the 3.8 with Billet rotors tho. But those have failed as well. Just less often ha. But the 3.15 is pushing that blower to its limit lol.

My Hawk is light and getting lighter soon with another 200 lbs weight reduction which should put me in the mid 3's maybe better. My block is aluminum and weighs 85 lbs less than a BGE. Exhaust is Titanium. It ate up 3rd gear in my $20k Pure stage (3) transmission recently lol smfh.... Its going back soon as its under warranty. Shudda went Sipple live and learn.

Its getting Recaro Podium CF seats, Antigravity re-start Lithium battery like I had in my Redeye and a CF hatch. Looking at Belak custom lightweight wheels but they are $11k with titanium hardware so IDN about that lol. But realistically they should be at least (5) lbs lighter each over my Welds. Thats (20) lbs of rotating mass. Getting Carbon Ceramics up front. Rears have not been released yet.

CF doors and sunroof delete coming in early 2025 but thats another $15k lol. But thats another 250 lbs at least.

That blower puts too much stress on the motor tho smh. I mean it has to make close to 2000 hp to make 1600 wheel which is why im considering going TT. Motor is good to 2500 hp or so it has Winberg Billet crank. BES Racing built 430 ci. My whole LIFE is in this truck lol......

I know you know this. Do a tune even without a pulley and you will be in MUCH better shape Eric.

I left one for dead on the highway with my 426 on 13 PSI and my pump gas tune at the time. Guy was shocked when we met at a light off the highway. Based on how he was pulling, I wouldn’t be surprised if he eats redeyes and certainly stock hellcats on a regular basis.

Would love to have another run with him now that I’m at 15 PSI and I could load up my proper race tune with another 5-6 degrees of timing.

Ah, I was referring to an M5 Comp but a Plaid would also be a very interesting race. I don’t know if I’ve got the stuff for it still but it would certainly be way closer than it was a year ago when I raced one with just a 3.10 pulley and tune!

I hear ya, I retired early a couple years ago. I’m all about tryin’ to burn ALL the gas! 😆

Having my Redeye, TRX, and now the Durango Hellcat I’m doing a real good job of doing that 😆
Love every minute of driving these beasts.

I know it’s capable of it, 1400whp runs low 4s, so with his weight reduction and extra power, it’s gotta be in the 3s

Yes, RSP built. They are building one with twin 79mm's right now. RSP just went 3.30 60-130 mph with his personal TH with TT's. These things boogy and hook like velcro! I make quite a bit more than 1400 whp now and im light at 5000 lbs. Guess thats not light lol but u know what I mean. They posted a 3.8 going 3.60 60-130 mph. I have a similar combo with more motor.

I think they are at 8.50 right now with the 3.8 so im guessing low 8's if not 7's when the TT stuff is finished.

I think thats the route im going not sure yet. They plan on making 2200+ whp with the 79mm's using the new Dart Hemi block. Its stout but heavy AF. Thats a 100 extra lbs over what I got cause thats 20 lbs heavier than a BGE but on the front end which is no bueno but they will be able to push it hard tho the thing is thick AF. Guessing really high boost levels.

These heavy trucks load them Turbo's well actually so thats where the extra weight helps imo. Just not over the front end.

I mean shit the new Garrett G-Xrace 74mm makes 1550 hp. Its nutz the power the new Turbos are making. Ive talked with RSP about putting the new Whipple on whenever its released but he thinks its just gonna be too much stress on the motor and trans so im pretty much tapped out with my current ported 3.8 Whipple.

I'll need the Billet rear diff soon. Man its expensive to go fast geeeez.....

I already ate up my trans. My converter was too loose tho and that may have contributed to my issues. In fact, id say it did cause the problem. Again, if I went with Sipple I would have got the right converter.

Im trying to get some races this year without revealing too much about the truck. Its hard getting races with TT anything tho. Blower is much easier to find a race and my truck with the blower will be competitive against another TH with a blower.

Im more about weight reduction right now to take some stress off moving parts and get better gas lol just kidding... Believe it or not I get 10 mpg right now. Thats pretty good for a truck making decent power.
