More monkey business with Charger Redeye

So, the latest word is that, even though Dodge won't admit it exists, that Corona has impacted the CRE. While originally intended to have a target release date at the end of 2020 as a 2021 model, this has been pushed back to sometime in 2021.

Also, they take the enhanced center scoop hood sketch (see other thread) and say the side scoops move further back down the hood and turn sideways....

You draw your own conclusions. I can't afford this damn thing I'm sure.

As I suspected...The SRT design and development team has been furloughed ...My Dealer..(one of the better ones)..who supposedly has a source within the SRT division (I know..i know everybody has a buddy) felt we were goin to see this car last September..my guess...If at all..2022...maybe...

Is anyone surprised? All vehicles that were due to be introduced now or over the next few months (Bronco, Baby Bronco, CT4-V & CT5-V Blackwing, Charger Redeye, etc) have been pushed back. Can't have all those people gathered in one spot, or have the non-stop Corona news coverage drown out their glorious vehicle unveilings.

I'm not surprised. It's good for them, bad for us because we're impatient lol.

This goes the same for the movie industry for example. Fast and Furious, A Quiet Place 2, etc.
