I was thinking about switching my fuel controllers to the triple FPCM that @Speedy! has set up or at least running a second pump full time. Seems safe at the power level I'm at.

I've been running the triple FPCM setup for over a year now with no issues. I say go for it.

I would have to differ that question to Rick Tapp. I have not seen any ill effects at all from my electrical system.

Each pump draws like 20 ams each. It would be interesting to see what the factory hellcat and redeye draw and what the new draw is ..

It's.a lot but each pump runs through its own relay so not a problem.

But it all adds up for a total on the whole electrical system .. I'm just curious..

Sounds like 60A total when all 3 are at full send...shouldn't be a problem running separate relays, make sure wiring is at least 10ga for the relay to battery, it will support 20A safely per line.

I guess I should plan on making a trip to TI, they are 20 miles from me...maybe I can find out the secret to wiring these right from the source...

From memory the car is a 20A fuse in the fuse box and I believe the two add-ons are 30A fuses. Those are obviously just limits, would have to look up the amps on the pumps at full tilt to know what they're actually gonna draw.

This has some good info: http://www.radiumauto.com/Blog/Post/Testing-the-TI-Automotive-Walbro-F90000285-Fuel-Pump-109
And just think, all this electrical load is going on INSIDE ones gas tank. 🔥

Just a bit between the cheek and gum, take the gum and throw it away, take the alluminium foil and wrap the fuse with it. Never blow a fuse but your car may burn up.
