From 1970...to 1975...(I was just a kid) I raced @ the 1/8 track.(you know the place Jack)..became a father @ 21..had to grow up in a hurry...racing was over..sold the car..and that was it...got a ton of friends that still race..I've never been back..It's like heroin to me...I'd be hooked..but I'm old school..the tech aspect has passed me by...I'm amazed @ what you guys are doing...and envy you..
My Grandfather had a 65 something....Cutlass, Impala, something like that he bought new. Forest green white top. Always garaged and was mint with like 26,000 miles. I was a teenager and everywhere we went someone offered to buy it. He traded it in on a new 1995 Mercury Marquis for $4500 and thought he got a deal since they gave him what ge bought it for.

I always look to those older than me (I didn't say old lol) to get a sense of where I might be when I get there. I "hope" I'm still at least playing around at the race track a bit, but I get it. I rode motorcycles for years and at one time couldn't imagine not owning one. Track days, rode every weekend, etc. I don't have a bike now and don't really care for them anymore. Seems strange.
Track day at Barber Motorsports Park. I couldn't do that now, I'd kill myself.
Just saw some final numbers that make it look like 3,241 is the number. I agree shipping is gonna be interesting. I've seen some delivery dates all the way out to April 2024!

Some of these cars are being moved 6 times
They still have to ship 30% of them to dealers
Nice getting a 2023 car in 2024
They should have labelled it 2024
59 to go
Lots of time to wrap them up
Plant party tomorrow
Last cars off the line
Kiss the 300 Charger & Challenger bye bye as we know it
Lots of memories for those workers
Production will stop but there will be quality issues to address with vehicles
