Finally a track day in 2020.

Well the track owner set up a rental with a bunch of rules about wearing masks outside the car and stuff. The police checked up on us a few times and all good. Another track got closed down.

EVERYTHING was in the car. No weight reduction at all except for the rear wheels and drag radials.

The first pass was the best at a 10.60. Then the car ran 10.64 or better until the afternoon it ran 10.65 to 10.67.
I did get a chance to try out some reaction times. Second pic is the best one of those.
For those that care DA was 800 to 1100 on the apps. I'm going to have to buy a kestrel at some point. DA is always higher on that.
Heading out again tomorrow for another rental. Hopefully with the skinnies.

I am going tonight if it doesn't rain ?... full weight except for rear DR's.

Thanks Robert. I started at 20.5 psi then equalized them. They were about 21.5 during the day.
I don't run low pressure anymore. I have hooked at 26 psi by mistake, here. LOL
Hopefully you get out there tonight.
A chance of light rain at times tomorrow but I'm going anyways.

Did they make everyone wear the masks outside the cars?

One of my instructions for June's track days simply says masks are required when outside the car, without any other qualifications. Damn even in Church, they are "recommended" once the "social distancing" is established. I know, I went and took mine off without a problem coming my way, and I was front center!

They are requiring us to wear a mask outside the cars so they don't get a hard time from the police. They also asked us to have hand sanitizer and keep our distances. No hanging around the starting lines and roaming around needlessly. So far the police have been happy with what they have seen. Hopefully no one screws it up.

Whatever it takes after waiting almost 7 months to make another pass. I would wear a snow suit if I had to so I could go down the track at this point.😅
