Late November 2019, I called SRT & they told me it had just arrived at dealer. I was happy, as 4 warm & sunny days ware coming. I drove down to dealer & found dealership sold, closed & new ownership was remodeling the building. I saw the car and of course it was just off the truck and filthy, I was heartbroken! The new manager said It would be ready when they reopened in 4 days...nnnnooooooo. So I picked her up with 3 miles on her clock & put on another 68. Great comfortable cruiser! Got home, put car in garage, cleaned & covered with trickle charger on.
In the house I discovered I had lost my house keys, tool box keys & my ADT remote. Next day we had a big snowstorm, Had to change alarm codes and get new keys. After getting my 68 mile teaser, I was looking forward to getting through the break-in period and enjoying the car this year. Then the coronavirus hit.....

Thank you for all the kind comments. But it was coming on this site and seeing all the beautiful cars & great stories that convinced me to break my 50 year love affair with chevys and get my mopar mistress! If I can drive her again, I’d be a happy man....🤪

Absolutely love that color, and those wheels. Almost as much as I love the Devils Rim on the widebodies. Sad that she's gone, but you certainly chose two amazing replacements!

I have a few good friends at the Dealer that I got them from.
I know they don't have any right now.
You could keep an eye on eBay as I have seen some come up for sale on there.
That's all I can help you with right now.
If I see any I'll try to get them for you but I can't promise you as they are hard to come by.

Gotta say I'm not a huge fan of the widebody. But for some reason (and it's just my own personal preference) they look real good in certain colors and then... they just work. For me it's black and the F8 green. Your Demon looks bad ass and gorgeous .

F8 does look good, only seen one in that color.
Should have one in every color though. LOL
They all have their different attitude depending on the color.
I wasn't sure of the widebody either when they first reveled the Demon. But as soon as I saw it come off the trailer at the Dealership, I thought it made it look even meaner. It really suits it.

That pic of the Firebird brings back some memories , I had a 75 Formula 400 Firebird , painted in Royal Blue & totally restored , that I had for 23 years. I should have kept that car , their rare & hard to find.

Back in my married days, I was in the same boat. Had to stick to old cars that were FAR lower in price. Hence the pickup and bird that now have a new sister. 😄

With me I have been lucky with the wife as she let me have whatever toys I wanted if we could thru the years. However, now that we are much older she needs me to be thinking about that more. She did let me buy my Demon though which is Pitch Black and I lover it. We agreed that was the last of my toys. But it would be nice to have a Redeye in Pitch Black to keep the Demon company. Enjoy your new ride.
