"Weld" Wait Time is finally over....

Just got new wheels in. Can not wait to get these wheels & tires on the car and go racing.

Anyone know of a shop that builds beadlocks, mount and balance in or around the Atlanta area?

Well boys and girls....not so good news.

Weld S79 17x10 with MT ET Street R 315/50/17 will NOT fit without spacers on the Chargers. I tried the passenger side and the interior tire rubs on the undercarriage plastic.

Allpar Garage will get me hooked up on Monday. Downside, can not drag race tomorrow. But the wheels/tires look great.

You try a 3mm spacer? We run 315/35/20 tires on my wife's Charger Hellcat on the rear and it requires a 3mm spacer for clearance.

Agreed and Allpar Garage will put 3mm spacers on Monday and I have to eat humble pie on Monday as well.

I told Jimmy (owner of Allpar Garage); I bet him we did not need spacers because of what I read on the forums. LOL! Was I wrong. hahah!

LOL, funny you say that, I had read the same thing on the forums last year and when we mounted the 315/35/20 Continentals it rubbed, what sucks is that Discount Tire wouldn't install them on the vehicle when I brought them a set of 3mm spacers I had at home because they said they couldn't ensure using spacers was safe and could be a liability. So I had to put another set of wheels and tires on the car just to get it home from Discount, then remove them, install the 3mm spacers and the 315 tires and wheels I just had mounted and balanced. I was so pissed.
