We must look like just an informational outlet?

Lots of threads if you search. Otherwise introduce yourself and be part of our community and find out the simple answer. We like pictures. Let’s see your Durango. There are several different opinions depending on how you use it and what you may or may not do with it and if you want dust or not. Do you understand the inverse relationship btw brake dust and stopping power?

You got that right.

Track - with Hawk DTC pads
Quick bite, maximum stopping potential. Maximum dust.

Street - Powerstop Pads
Love them, easy bite, good stopping power but beware. Definitely beware if wet. Use only on the street or for a big stop, but don’t try to repeat it too soon.
Almost no dust.

Power stops are great for brake dust. However, they do not stop as good. So if you track the car and are just replacing them to get rid of dust, just stick with the stock pads. That being said, I use the power stop

@BULL and I did mine. One of us pulled off the wheels/tires & one did the pad replacements. Both activities took about the same time. In the end we had that little deed done in less than 30 minutes including putting the QuickJack in place.

It'd cost me $250 in gas just to get to you.;)

I haven't done brakes in years and no longer have a jack, jack stands, pinch weld adapters, impact gun, etc.

It would've been more trouble to me than what it was worth.:)

How hard are pads on these cars? Wheels off, undo clips and reinsert or is there more to it?

1st mod on the Daytona was Z26 brakes. I could not believe how bad the brake dust was. That was like 2 weeks after getting it. 1ST mod on the Hellcat was the same.

Guy needs to invest in an impact. I still break mine loose with a 4 way but use a Milwaukee impact to speed up the process changing from street to drag wheels
