5916lbs is insanity.
185 miles of range at 70mph on the highway. Nope just not there yet

How they were able to achieve 0.99g lateral g's in vehicle that weighs 3 tons is beyond me. But like you said, 185 miles of range is pretty darn bad.

It makes my DSRT's Winter time 264 mile range (11 mpg with morning warm up's, etc.) seem like I'm driving an econo box.

Also, the 400 volt electrical architecture causes slow charge times (800 volts supposed to be available on the SRT, whatever that's going to cost).

MT's summation that "lack of burnouts and slow charging aside, we say the Charger is a proper muscle car".

NO IT'S NOT. They sold their automotive soul to the god of electrical hyperbole.

I watched the review as I record the show every week but, in all honesty, does anyone expect anything different form them?
They sold out decades ago, I only watch it to get specs on new cars and they still do decent descriptions of the vehicles. You just have to ignore their opinion and just watch it for the facts.

$86k + 5900 lbs + slow charge times + short range + no burnouts = HARD PASS.

(the first "muscle car" in the world with 670 hp that runs 11's in the quarter ... and still can't do a burnout. And the ~6,000 lb curb weight sure ain't helping)

First Test! Is the All-Electric Dodge Charger Daytona Scat Pack a Real Muscle Car?
https://www.motortrend.com/reviews/...ona-scat-pack-electric-car-first-test-review/
11.5 sec 120.5 mph; that is all I needed to read. Horrible. EV gobs of apparent torque, what a pig. It was bad enough at 4500 lb, slap on the cuffs tighter and make it with more disadvantage- 6000 lb.

1 lateral g is not that tough. Just go corner an acceleration ramp very uncomfortably and get near tire squeal and you will see.
