Catch Can Milkshake

I've had my catch can on since my car was new, 2020 REWB. I've been religious about changing oil every 3k, I currently have 24k miles, Sunday I emptied my catch can and I got the usual 1-2 oz of oil but this time at the bottom of the catch can it looked like a vanilla milkshake. Any ideas?? It hasn't been run hard ever....

It’s just condensation mixing with the oil, it’s fine and totally normal

Normally I would agree, however my concern is that after having the catch can on for 3 years and never seeing this before has me concerned..

Check your dipstick to see how it looks? I wouldn’t worry about it if the oil is clean on the dipstick.

Since I have been running e85 when it is cold out I will get the same. Mine looked so tasty I almost drank it

It hasn't sat, I daily drive it... I was just disturbed seeing it and thinking it's something that could lead to a catastrophic failure. Like I said, Ive had the catch can on for 3 years and 24K miles and never saw anything like it...

No, I didn't think about that till after, Just picture lithium grease with a light coating of oil tirred together....

How about if you add DEF to hydraulic fluid?
We drug tested the idiot that did it, positive on two types! Nice. It does look tasty.

Mine tend to be a little more milk-shaky in the winter/cold season versus just looking like dirty old oil in the summer/warm season. I agree it's just a little more condensation that's not burned off. Run it harder!

LOL, yeah ok.... it didn't happen, I had aready said earlier that I didn't think of taking a pic until after I had cleaned out the catch can...
