Never, they used to be “1 time use”, the service manual was updated to use blue loctite. You’re probably used grade 8 hex bolts and can get them at Home Depot. No need to replace them
New they come with some greenish, kinda-dry threadlocker on them.
Just make sure to completely clean any thread lock residue and apply new blue 242. (or 243).

and you can see how the factory applies the threadlocker.
They are all M10 bolts. Pretty sure with even standard class 8.8 bolts the shaft will pretzel before the bolts will shear.
Torque spec is 49 ft-lbs. No where near a torque-to-yield limit, so they should be fully reusable. Unless they have some obvious damage of course. You can run the threads to check.
If you reused the ones that came with your DSS when you put your stocker back in then yes. I lost a bolt and had to go to Home Depot. Identical, same markings on them and all. Grade 8 black steel. I have all kinds of Lowe’s and Home Depot hardware on my car
