Many modified cars can spank the Demon. Not too many (none?) BONE STOCK cars can though... So bit of an apples to oranges comparison, imo.

Think about it ...... We are using the stock demon as a benchmark to how we are doing . That says something about the demon and what SRT did!

Well its a modified Hellcat at its core. Apples to apples comparison to me other than a modified Hellcat is about $30k cheaper and doesn't have that ugly hood.

That depends on the Demon owner. Although now that they have had them for a bit I agree. The first little while with green Demon owners. Well lets say it didn't go quite as expected for a few for awhile.
New owner on a no prep track was a great equalizer for a bit. Some RE owners suffered the same fate for awhile😉

The hole shot and reaction time made all the difference. It certainly looks like you were the more experienced driver. Just curious how the mph’s compared to each other?

The close pass he ran 110 I ran 112
But either pass I still was quicker
