Sequential turn signals

Hi everyone. Today i decided to do a little upgrade... Took a bit of fabrication and a lot of time get it right, but now i have a little bit a problem. So I ordered some sequential turn signals meant for the JGC, always thought the parts were interchangeable.. come to realize the turn signals for the JGC are about 2-3 mm longer than our Durango mirror housings. Anyways, a little bit a fabrication later and i got them secured on. Got everything back together, but now both my mirrors are displaying the illuminated triangle light for BSM. i have checked all my connections and its correct.. Can someone chime in on why it is setting this off?

I unplugged the sequential lights and plugged back the stock turn signals just to see if these were the problem but it still persists.

for the uniqueness of the sequential turners, the triangle would not bother me.....does the audible alert still work in traffic and if it does still detect from the BSM feature, I would not mess with it further.....nice job overall I think

Thank you guys. I only get initial "ding" when I turn on the car. I can turn it off all together but I feel like if I have these options, why not have them working lol

Weird.. I was just abt to pull everything apart and retrace my steps, started it up this morning and the lights are off, took it for a drive and the BSM alert works perfectly fine now. Maybe it somehow needed 24hrs to reset itself?

pinched wire, bad connection, relearn, whatever. Looks good.
