Did you find a local upholstery store to do it? I looked everywhere for those but they do not exist, I could only find metal ones with the Hellcat logo which I do not like.

I ordered 2 Mickey 305/45/17ET street R's from HHP. One arrived today, one is supposed to arrive tomorrow. I plan on going to Houston Raceway on Friday night to make a couple of passes and will have on my current ET street SS drag radials......also 305/45/17's. Those tires are on their last legs and will be junked after Friday night. I will have on the R's for Moparfest.

Just finished up drilling holes for the Mopar Hood pins. I was nervous as heck. Took only 30 minutes and was easy. You do need 2 people for the job. Couldn’t see my self paying a shop 300-400$ to install.

I would be crazy nervous!! How do you mark them? Measurements from the front and side?

We used a sharpie pen to mark the pins and let down hood to touch and it leaves a mark on the bottom of hood. That would be a starting point for drilling the pilot hole.

If fiberglass be careful at 80 mph or above. If they are, might need to support in the middle. Seem to wobble a bit. Got mine thru Barcode's Bobs we site.

Hood is carbon. It latches in the middle like oem and added the pins for extra support just in case.
Kinda disappointed in the Mopar set. Doesn’t seem like it’s a heavy duty pin kit. Think I will do some mods to beef it up for added support in the future.

Got my valve cover's painted and associated covers. Rico, stop, no moe info fer you. Do not go back to Atlanta with my ideas. Just had is calipers painted over the weekend. Had mine painted at the factory orange factory, $900, last week to red to match his red, red eyed emblems. My emblems are red. Ha,,,, take that El Ri Cola. I also had moe stuff painted. No info. Stay on the beach. Don't read any moe El Posts. We will speak at El Lunch Only.

I’ve had my louvers on my Hellcat up to 145 no issues.

I played with it a little last night. Real quick, I thought I may skate on the cradle bushings, NOT. I am usually lazy and just do 0-60's in default modes, because it returns an easy 3.5 seconds. No rubber, just easy into it and it pulls it off. Smooth as silk, driving around and easIng into it. I almost thought this one had wheel hop licked. Well, last night the air was cool, I decided to try some starts in Sport Traction. Give me a break! After about three tries, I got it to work, sure, but it was a screeching, bouncing mess. Same result, 3.5 seconds! So not going to even attempt any more. It needs the damn bushings, and it also wins new control arms. Darn thing is too loose for the track anyway. Then it will be quicker.

Oh and it sure can pull real well too. Did some Track Mode driving around a freeway playground too. Had to refresh the Adapative Control, it was getting a bit sluggish with a lot of mellow around city driving with 800 hp.

The fact that you can fine tune..and modify driving and handling modes...while sitting in virtual living room comfort..and if the mood strikes..listen to high quality sound.....is nothing short of amazing..not to mention..more fun than we should be allowed to have...regardless of what we paid...
