What is the brand and part number for open ended lug nuts everyone are using with the Forgestar D5 rims?

Any lug nut that drives with a 19 mm or 3/4" socket will work. Here are some on E-Bay. You could also go for some Gorilla, White Knight or McGard from Summit, Jegs or Amazon etc.
