Watched the whole thing. I enjoyed it...some very close races but not enough Mopar Pro Stockers.

They need to make Factory Stock the new pro stock class being all 3 manufacturers have cars. chevy is the only one putting money in the pro stock class thus is why they are all chevy powered

A couple of years ago they allowed any make car and body combo hoping people would run a body other then a chevy to at least make it look like other companies were racing. More and more Mustangs are showing up but don't be fooled, they all are chevy powered

Since not too many posted about Force not running makes me think no one watch it anyways

You could always just title it “My driver wins in Indy” or something similar. Some people cant watch it same day and DVR it.

I watched a bit of it. The season is disappointing. We got notice this week they “postponed” the BIR date for sure now.

Speaking of Dodge in the NHRA today..... it appears that they are actually just a bunch of new paint jobs on old stuff. What I would like to know is.... where the f is the Drag Pak? I have to come to the conclusion that Dodge has got a lot of smoke and mirrors and little else. What we see is a lot of hype and then... poof..... where did it go? It’s been two years since the Hellephant was at SEMA with that whole fanfare thing. I’ve seen one running and that’s due to AJ, not only being able to get one, but mostly being able to actually make it run. Apparently nobody else can do that. It’s been a year now since their last dog and pony show with the “new” Drag Pak. That was actually just a old one with a new paint job and Leah prancing around like she was on The Price is Right. Start that thing up! Of coarse some noticed the hood was locked so nobody could see that there was nothing new under there. The F/S class is the only thing in the NHRA today that is of any new interest and Dodge is a no show. Ford on the other hand....

I wouldn't say Dodge is a no show in factory stock. They had the record 2 years ago and then they changed the rules last year and Dodge got screwed. They showed some of the class yesterday from the event and Leah did go out early

I wish they would ditch chevy Stock and replace it with Factory Stock as one of the premier classes

I couldn’t agree more with the whole Pro Stock thing. Zero interest in what’s going on there. While I agree that Mopar does show up (two cars... big woop!), that’s their old stuff and it gets its butt kicked by both the Fords and Chevys. Maybe the whole thing has to do with the Whipple. Their new 3.0 Gen 5 is working on the Cobra Jets and maybe it isn’t on the Hemi? When DSR can’t field a new Drag Pak there’s something wrong going on. I guess what I’m bitching about is that Dodge has these “big news” events with count downs and everything. The Hellephant! The New Drag Pak! The Hellcat Durango! That turns out to be the un-limited production / limited production model that will line the dealers pockets but we will probably never see one on the streets because there will be so few of them (kinda like the Hellephant). The 2020 Drag Pak “event” is just another one of these dog and pony shows that shows up with the dog and no pony. You know that you can actually buy a Cobra Jet!

Yeah, I hope John Force is ok & gets back soon, I like him & his daughters, but I always pull for the Mopar's.
