This is not new news. It’s well known 2024 will bring a platform change. Not to mention the alpha thing was squashed a while ago. Jaguar chassis? Doubtful.

I'm sat here wondering what to think . I thought the Challenger was bigger than an E-Class Mercedes. Clearly I didn't consider anything but the engine and running gear when I ordered one .

My friend had an XF Jag as a company car, it was rubbish, surely they would further heavily modify an already heavily modified old Ford chassis.

It’s interesting how the fixation on the next so called super duper model is coming. And yet the current model is just fine. And even to the point let’s look at other manufacturers vehicles that have nit changed radically in many many years of production. And the first thing I think of is the Jeep Wrangler then the Toyota 4Runner which this is a true story. Toyota wanted to change the body Style about 5 years ago and their customer base was like no way don’t do it. Just look at the VW Beetle damn how many years did that body style last? Yeah like 50 plus years so hey Dodge just keep on tweaking the design and putting more power in her snd damn I am more than happy with just that.

I had an E class and can not see the Challenger body fitting on that narrow frame. But what the hell do I know.

The auto rag critics like to call a five year old platform antiquated and hopelessly outdated. Hell, if Stellantis (yuck) were to put the Challenger on a diet, give it a solid rear axle and room for some really wide tires, I’d call that a nice update. The Press would have a fit.
