My original cowl panel is faded, cracking, and deformed in some places, so I ordered a replacement (57010314AI). I’m hoping to prevent the same deterioration. Originally, I did not have room in the garage, so it spent a good 3 years out in the elements…it’s now garaged.

What do people here use to protect the exterior plastics?

FYI everyone, that part number is for a Charger, don't go off half cocked thinking you scored a p/n for that piece for your Challenger...

Not that I did or anything...

I've used 303 Protectant for many years. I spray it on a MF cloth & apply (not too heavily, a little goes a long way), wait 10 min or so then a lite wipe to remove any excess or streaks. 2 or 3 times a year should do depending on how you wash your car (car washes are harder on stuff like this vs hand wash with mild soap).

I’ve never heard of 303 products, but I’ll give this a try…the wife’s Honda Pilot exterior trim is looking very faded these days.
