Not following. Narrow body. But there is video of the car from 2-3 yrs ago with 17 inch wheels at the Tucson drag strip. If you do a search on u tube for Wednesday night drags Tucson dragway there are two or three good shots of her. I might put some crazy tall 315 60 17 nittos on the 17s I have in the garage and run them in the rear with the 18 inch street Mickey front runners.

03/17/2021 Wednesday night drag. About 30 seconds into the video you will see how it looks. I think it looked great.
11/12/2021. Embarrassing as my cooler was leaking. But you get to see the 17s for about a full minute. Friday night drags. About 5--8 minutes into video.

Depending on tire I would think they would still stick out out to far. My 17" with a 315 stick out slightly with +30 offset

I have a 14mm spacer with narrow body offset 17” wheels and 325/50r17 MT and they still don’t stick out with the flares, also don’t come to the edge either (also +30 mm offset)

D5 forgestar 17 x 10. 30 mm offset with 15 mm spacer. Huge Hoosiers. Forgot size. Do not stick out. You can see them in videos very clearly.

Yeah, that’s why I’m wondering if 11” widebody offset wheels will work with the flares without a spacer

Probably will hit in the inside without a spacer. I was thinking of just getting the d5s without the beadlock and putting on the 31.8 inch nittos. I know they are not as soft as the mickeys/hoosiers. But good for the street and tons of sidewall if I went to the track. I can adjust the timing under 4000 rpm for a softer launch. This would be because I am older and am so damn tired of changing out 4 wheels. Actually 8 as the street tires would need to go back on. Run the 18 inch front runners up front with the mickeys meant for the street/strip.

How much difference is the narrow body to the standard body:unsure:

They’d wider going outwards, not inwards. Shouldn’t hit the inside of the fender by the shock
