Are there any modifications needed to run a 17" D5 beadlock wheel on the rear of our cars?

Ok, you should be good with no rubbing on inner fender well with the 305.
Did you get these wheels already or thinking of getting them ?

Thinking about getting them. Wanna get those and a set of HR5 demon reps in bronze and have the D5's coated to match.

Cool , have you looked at Factory Reproduction's wheels ? ….good prices.

Yeah. I have a set of their 20x10.5 reps I am running MT's on now. They don't hook well enough though so I'm looking at different options. I may try to sell my brass monkeys and reps to ease the cost of the new ones.
