Hi all I’m new to the forum. I have a 2022 SRT and experiencing an aggressive down shift from 2/1 gear when coming to a stop. You can feel the back lash from under the vehicle. I took it to two different dealership and they said nothing is wrong with the vehicle. It happens in echo mode.
Was wondering if anyone else experience this problem. It’s embarrassing when you have people in the truck and they ask you what is that.

If your that embarrassed..and concerned with what yer passengers think...stop drivin around with yer pants down around yer ancles....Im just sayin..:giggle::giggle::giggle:;)

I don’t have that echo mode so has to be Eco? Yep, stop using it.:unsure: Never tried it with the Durango. If I drive it the next couple of days I might try it and see if it has a rough downshift.

Remember ECO starts in 2nd, therefore that harsh downshift is 3-2.:love: I looked at the Durango, have not had time to drive it.

Drove mine. Never pressed ECO before, had to look. But as soon as I pressed it and being stopped the damn thing made a tranny bump. I drive a while, let it downshift a couple times is about all I could stand, did not notice any harsh shifting or downshift. Maybe even runs smooth in ECO starting in 2nd, but I’m not using it. So have fun OP.

I guess Bobo was right...we aint heard hide nor hair of Mr Cool since I told him to pull his pants up from around his ancles...:oops::oops::oops:;)
