It looks like the crud underneath an oil filler cap from moisture in the oil on a car that’s always short tripped. It would take a whole lot of water to do that, though.

Isn't the motor new or am I lost in the thread somehow? I'd suspect too much injector or something.
Old motor in race car. Probably have it confused with the brand new racing motor in the Hellcat.
It looks like the crud underneath an oil filler cap from moisture in the oil on a car that’s always short tripped. It would take a whole lot of water to do that, though.
Very short tripped, first oil change since getting the race car together.

I think it’s 100% possible for that to be e85 contamination (like I’ve been saying for years) but curious about the 3.0

there are many situations however I am going to say this right now...

THERE IS NO BLOWN HEADGASKET

So now that we have that established there were some things that come with running a race car

1.) My engine temps never get hotter than 165, car never runs long enough to do so. Any fuel/water in the oil will not cook off into the catch cans
2.) Catch cans are mounted at the front of the valve covers, it was recommended to move them to the rear, I will give it a shot.
3.) Catch can is the same one on BlackbirdX, it is this model: https://vibrantperformance.com/gen3-catch-can-assembly/ I have no doubts that it's the best in the business. If Geoff is running it, there's a reason.
4.) When I went wot wot on the dyno pass the car simply does not get hot. Good problem to have, bad problem for my oil. I will try and let the car idle more, even without turning on the IC pump, and fans it still takes about 15 minutes to get up to any temp.
5.) Holley gen 3 hemi harness does not have a oil temp sensor, the oil temp sensor has no public data so I'd be left to put in a holley or low-doller sensor and keep tabs on it if cts was only 140 in this pass, oil was probably just as cold.

Also peep that drive shaft speed sensor... it's doing it's thing!

Also that MAT temperature is taken from the front passenger TMAP sensor. No ice.

Hopefully people will find that the Holley work I do is valuable and they should choose to do business with me. Or at least rent my dyno. :)

Well guys, may we have a moment of silence. RIP Hellcat block 2015-2024. You set the world ablaze one quarter mile at a time and owe me nothing. May Jesus smile upon you. I haven't pulled the block yet as I'm trying to ascertain what's next if there is a next. I may decided to put a LS motor in it. (this is not a joke I'm dead ass serious, I can get a 427 turn key for less than a hellcat longblock.). I may also just build a 458 stroker and go NA.

There is no hole in the block. There is a crack in the pan, the pan can be re-welded, will know tomorrow if the engine is salvageable, beginning teardown at 8am.

There is no hole in the block. There is a crack in the pan, the pan can be re-welded, will know tomorrow if the engine is salvageable, beginning teardown at 8am.
Good luck man, hoping for best case scenario. Maybe rod let go on the downstroke. It it shut down? Did it bang?

Cylinder 6 said yeet. Motor is trashed based on the cylinder walls. You might be able to bore over 4.095 or 4.1 to clean it up but the gouges are too deep. It may live in the future but not for march 2025. May sell chasis as a roller and get out of the mopar space and build an LS

Havent been able to tear down block, motor is seized and cant get to convertor bolts. Will have to drop as one piece, going to assume a rod ate it
