@BULL I have been trying to build a barn for 2 years now. Im to cheap to pay these prices maybe we can workout a storage deal It will be climate controlled. May be a little far from you though. I have about 3/4 acers of space for just a barn so the size can be as big as we can afford.

We have a friend in construction, he said OSB has plummeted in price down to $18/sheet, implying that wood is tanking. You might try again on your barn build.
