Who's the latest group of buyers and what did you close at/walk out the door at?

Casually thinking about this one, but it's far from perfect, both in options and condition.

I really think the black/blue combo is hot and really in style right now, I see it's black calipers too which I dunno...sometimes maybe you want some pop there???(and why the fuck do black calipers cost $600!)...but I've seen an Indigo blue redeye with the blue hood/carbon stripes and I have to admit it did look really good.

I thought I might like the stripes when I saw them in person, but to be honest, they were just take it or leave it. I think I'm pretty set on the Satin hood (sorry @1971demon )

The default Red calipers are almost a must for me.

I wasn't happy with the "Performance Spoiler", but could live with it.

The passenger window wasn't working correctly and venting down on door handle lift, while that could be simple, it feels like a gremlin that could haunt the car.

And some Jackwagon parent let their greasy handed kid smear the right rear corner panel, I couldn't keep my eyes off of that damn smear...

I think it's a pass for me, they suggested I order and that I'd have it in short order.

When I challenged them with production issues they said they were getting them quick...

After seeing the new spoiler and then the old around all the time, I don't think I could live without it and I'm glad my car has it. But as Ron @DRAGRCR showed us, you could just order the standard one and buy the newer one online for cheap and install it. Good luck, you can always keep looking around and possibly let the buyers market position improve in the future...

I did check the black calipers out, the finish on them was clearly not the same as the red with a clear coat.

One more thought, with the red calipers you may want to think about red seat belts and possibly seats, that's the one thing I wish my car had...kind of gives a Superman vibe, well that and maybe the 3.09s, but my car barely hooks below 50 mph with drag radials with the 2.62s so I cannot imagine it with more gear.

I'd make your ordering decision quickly. Brampton has already been closed due to the chip shortage (which you know about already), but I've also heard they suddenly stopped taking '21 customer orders at Sterling Heights (DT Ram 1500 plant) for the rest of the model year. No telling if they'll do the same (assuming it's true) for any other models and only build dealer stock cars till things clear up. 🤷‍♂️

My current HC has one, and while I agree it can be tedious to maintain, I haven't found it to be unreasonable. 'Understand that neither are DDs.
